Our Guarantees
We are very proud and stand behind the dogs and puppies we sell, therefore we offer a number of guarantees pertaining the dogs and puppies:
- That the above described animal is a purebred dog, registerable with the AKC and that a registration application or individual registration, has been given to Buyer as of the date of purchase.
- If a dog is bought with limited registration it has to be spade or neutered, and VomHansen K9 needs to be given documentation signed by a certified veterinarian verifying that it has been done.
- That the above described animal may for any reason be returned prepaid to VomHansen K9 within 24 hours, or as otherwise agreed in writing, at the time of receipt, Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, anatomical make-up, appearance and temperament of the above described animal during said 24 hour period. If the condition of the animal has changed in any of the categories mentioned in the previous sentence, VomHansen K9 is relieved of obligation to return the full amount of the purchase price excluding the deposit, otherwise the full purchase price will be refunded. Any claim of change in the animal by VomHansen K9 must be communicated to the Buyer within 24 hours.
- In the event disqualifying faults as listed and defined in the Breed Standard are found to be present in the above described animal on or before one year of age or within 45 days of the date of this agreement, in the case of animals of more than one year of age at the date of this agreement, VomHansen K9 agrees to replace to the Buyer a replacement puppy. VomHansen K9 is not responsible for any shipping costs of returning the dog or puppy and shipping costs of sending the replacement dog or puppy to you.
- VomHansen K9 gives a 25 month hip guarantee, said dog has to get its hip OFA’d no sooner then 24 months and no later than 26 months. If dog does not pass VomHansen K9 agrees to replace the puppy with a new puppy.
- In order to receive an adjustment, under the terms of this Sales Contract, Buyer must return signed AKC papers to VomHansen K9 before any adjustment hereunder. Buyer must make animal available to VomHansen K9 or designee for appropriate examination.
- VomHansen K9 gives a Health guarantee within reasonable means.
- All dogs or puppies being sold from VomHansen K9 will be up to date on all shots and wormings.
- All puppies come with an informational puppy packet.
- All dogs and puppies come with either full or limited AKC registration.
- By signing this contract the Buyer will assume responsibility for any costs relating to shipping, crate and health certificate.
- Once a dog is paid for in full, the buyer has one week to get the dog, any additional time past that one week the buyer will incur boarding fees, unless other arrangements have been made with VomHansen K9.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
